Description

Our personal Chef will teach you how to cook fresh pasta starting from flours and eggs.

You will prepare fresh Tagliatelle and fresh Tortelli, Tuscan tomato sauce and a dessert.

After the cooking class you will have a tasting of 4 of our wines and a convivial lunch, where you will eat what you have cooked.

With the truffle option you will also learn how to clean, cook and abbine the fresh truffle.
