Arduino is made from the highest quality Sangiovese grapes of the finest vineyards, selected strictly by hand during the harvest. After harvesting, pressing and stemming the grapes without excessive breakage, the must is left in alcoholic fermentation at 25°C / 77 ° F and then macerated on the skins for about 22/25 days .

The name ‘’ Arduino ‘’ is in honor of my grandfather.
